These SMS Terms apply to the text message program operated by Prime Line Power LLC ("Prime Line Power," "we," "us," or "our").
1. Program name and description
Program name: Prime Line Power Crew & Storm Alerts.
Prime Line Power Crew & Storm Alerts sends text messages to Prime Line Power employees, crew members, and approved subcontractors about their work with us, including:
- Storm callouts, deployment, and mobilization alerts.
- Job and dispatch updates, including crew and yard assignments and schedule changes.
- Document-expiry reminders for union tickets, CDLs, DOT medical cards, and other required credentials.
- Safety notices and account messages.
This program does not send marketing or promotional messages.
2. How consent is collected
You opt in to Prime Line Power Crew & Storm Alerts in one of these ways:
- Web or app sign-up: by entering your mobile number and checking the unchecked SMS consent box on our crew sign-up form or in the Crew App at crew.primelinepower.com. The box is never pre-checked.
- Verbal consent: by telling a Prime Line Power supervisor or office staff member that you agree to receive Prime Line Power Crew & Storm Alerts text messages at your mobile number. We record the date, time, and the staff member who took your consent, and we send a confirmation text that includes STOP and HELP instructions.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of employment, hiring, or of using the Crew App.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies depending on storm activity, job assignments, and upcoming document expirations. During active storms you may receive several messages a day; in quiet periods you may receive few or none.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
5. How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving texts. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further texts will be sent unless you opt in again. You can also opt out by contacting us using the details below.

7. Carrier disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Text messages may not arrive or may arrive late. Do not rely on texts as your only source of safety or emergency information. Check with your crew leader and the Crew App.
8. Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.
